Really good Service and Relaxing Ambiance

helpful staff peaceful atmosphere

The staff proved helpful . One employee went to great lengths to check for specific items I needed. The spa area had a peaceful atmosphere. I loved the quiet. The Reisling tasting at check-in offered a welcome start.

The television service seemed limited. I found only 15 freeview channels with a Sky channel. The reception seemed poor, and the TV lacked smart capabilities so I couldn't access streaming services.

My room offered a spacious design, with quality bedding and a modern bathroom. Temperature controls responded quickly. The blackout curtains created total darkness in the mornings.

quality linens complimentary water landscaped grounds

Our room featured high quality linens. The minibar had complimentary water and soft drinks, a welcome detail. I found the bathroom provided ample space with a separate tub and shower. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, complete with walking paths.

The gym equipment showed minor signs of wear.

Rest and relaxation ACHIEVED!!!

I needed rest and relaxation and I got it. It went right through the two days of my stay. I look forward to coming back.

I found the restaurant menu basically offered the level of good pub food. I expected proper restaurant quality, but it was not there. The pillows were also flat and uncomfortable.

The hotel is situated near a golf course, offering scenic views. The maintained garden is a very nice feature. Hungerford, with its antique shops and Eliane café, is nearby, also a walking distance canal to Kintbury.

i stayed in a luxury double room for two nights and found it well-kept. the breakfast offered excellent options, with both buffet and cooked-to-order choices. i enjoyed the fabulous art pieces displayed throughout the hotel.

The hotel provides ample parking near the entrance. The reception area is bright and cute. I found the cutlery and linens to be of superior quality. The hotel's wine selection is extensive, with helpful advice available for pairings.

I noticed the swimming pool is relatively small. Guests need to book a slot to use it and children can only use it at certain times.
